A fabulous villa in a wonderful location. We were a family of eight adults and four small children and it was perfect . Plenty of space for everyone and lots of bathrooms.
The house is very much a home with games and books and well cared for.
The pool was warm and the kids and adults had the best time ever.

A great location near some beautiful beaches for sandcastle building and jumping the waves.
We had some perfect sunny weather and enjoyed bbqs and also meals at local restaurants. Near shops and supermarket. Marie the owner was so helpful and also the local villa manager. We did an online shop which was a great start to the week.

We had a super holiday at Casa da Tara. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. The toddlers were very well catered for with travel cots, highchairs, pushchairs and lots of pool toys available for them. The villa itself was great, we all had plenty of privacy with a bedroom and bathroom per couple, and there were lots of different outside seating areas where we could be sociable or sit and read quietly. The pool was fantastic, nice and warm and very safe as it was fully enclosed. Marie was very helpful; she answered all our questions promptly and gave us suggestions of things to do etc. We arranged a supermarket delivery from Apolonia based on her recommendation for when we arrived which was a great help. We did not hire a car as the walk into Carvoeiro was only about 20 minutes, with a small supermarket en route. There were loads of places to eat and drink in the town. We can recommend the boardwalk, the little train and the boat trip to see the caves. Also recommend the transfer service we used from the airport: https://www.faroairporttransfersto.com/
We recently stayed at the villa with our family; 6 adults and 4 children. The villa has excellent facilities and is in a great location; 10-15 minutes walk into the town. The heated pool was loved by everyone and was very safe for the children. Good for the men to have Sky TV to watch the football. Marie, the owner was excellent; very helpful and responded promptly to any queries we had prior to our stay. We would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday. Paul and Geraldine.
